Usage data
We you visit our website, you transmit data to our web server via your internet browser. The following data are recorded for communication purposes between your internet browser and our web server while the connection is being established:

After that the data will be anonymised by shortening the IP address at the domain level so that a reference to the individual user can no longer be generated.

The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is based in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored by Google cannot be ruled out. The USA is currently considered a third country from a data protection perspective. You do not have the same rights there as within the EU/EEA. Storage period
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

An encrypted connection is established between you and the organiser of the online event for the purpose of conducting these events.

During a session, we may record audio or visual information to make it available to participants for later retrieval. The data stored in this way will be deleted after 90 days.

Electronic contact
If you contact us, a contact form is available on our homepage which you can use to establish electronic contact. In the process, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved. These data are:

At the time of sending the message, your IP address is also saved.
Additionally there is the option of contacting us via the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the email address are saved.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties in this connection; the data will only be used to process the establishment of communication. The legal basis for the processing of the contact request and its handling is regularly Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (b) GDPR, in addition to Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR.
If additional personal data is processed during the sending process, this data will only be used to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems
Your data will be erased as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose of their collection. For the personal data from the input mask and the contact form and the data that was transmitted via email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation ends when it can be determined from the circumstances that the issue in question has been definitively clarified.
If the procedure rests on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you can object to the saving of your personal data at any time. However, we would like to point out that the conversation cannot be continued in such a case. In this case all personal data that was saved in the course of the contact will be deleted.

We provide you with a form on our website with which you can complain to us about existing defects on a purchased wallbox.

In the course of your registration, we collect the following personal data from you: First and last name, address, e-mail address. In addition, you can voluntarily provide telephone or mobile phone number.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

A deletion of the data collected from you takes place, with consideration of legal storage obligations, after the end of the purpose fulfillment.

 

Chatbot

For the user-friendly design of our website, we offer the use of a chatbot (melibo). This is provided by our order processor, MakeIT Consulting GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: MakeIT).

In principle, no personal data is collected, processed or used when using the chatbot. The use of the chatbot is on a voluntary basis. The type of data that is entered in connection with the use depends on the entries you make.

The data is not passed on to third parties or evaluated in any other way, unless there is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) DSGVO). In the context of the use of melibo, no further personal data is processed.

Each time the chatbot is accessed, the dialogs are stored in a log file, no IP addresses and browser data are stored. These data are not personal and do not allow identification of the chat users. They are used exclusively for the purpose of improving the dialogs and for error analysis and are not passed on to third parties.

The transmission of your questions and analysis data to via the chatbot is secure using SSL encryption (transport encryption). Access is protected by firewalls that prevent unauthorized access from the outside.
